Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability may vary depending on product type and location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Sample orders delivered within 2-5 working days
All other products delivered within 2-5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or factors outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that arrangements are in place to receive the order.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions to rearrange delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  1. Returned with proof of purchase
  2. Unused and in the same condition as received
  3. Returned complete with all components
  4. In original packaging where reasonably possible

Items may be inspected upon return. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Return Approval Process

  1. All returns must be approved in advance through our Return Request process.
  2. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
  3. To request a return, please complete our Return Request Form.
  4. Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

If you cancel within this period:

  1. You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation
  2. We will refund the item cost and the standard delivery charge
  3. Upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  3. Proof of postage should be retained until your return has been processed.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return, in line with UK regulations.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  4. We are unable to process refunds until returned items have been received or proof of return has been provided.
  5. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Deductions from Refunds

If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via the Return Request Form.

Where confirmed:

  1. A replacement or full refund will be provided
  2. Original delivery charges will be refunded
  3. Reasonable standard return shipping costs will be covered

We do not offer repairs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  1. Custom or made-to-order products
  2. Personalised items
  3. Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights.
